Private Equity Market Roars Back to Life in 2024: Join Savant's Exclusive Event for Insights and Strategies

The private equity market is back with a bang in 2024, with the stabilization of interest rates and falling inflation. The market is bringing a much more 'Zen' approach, a very different one from the volatility that was experienced in 2023. Confidence is returning, and vendors are much happier to enter into discussions with investors who have the appetite to invest.

Private equity houses are getting back to the level of business they have previously seen, with investments in TMT, energy, pharma, and healthcare at the forefront.

Economic conditions are still challenging, with a General Election in the UK and an interesting political situation in the US election. These factors are still going to contribute to the conditions, but the landscape and activity show that the market is in growth mode with a much more positive outlook.

The event will be held as a round table discussion, with conversations centered around the topic of 'Completion for Sale, Are You Ready?' With their extensive experience of working with mid-market businesses through the M&A and investment process, we will be covering a number of topics. This event will be especially relevant to our C-Suite network, discussing how to prepare for financial due diligence not just professionally, but emotionally.
