Are private customers really that easy to win?
Recently I stumbled across this ad and got stuck on it (I didn't post the original here for copyright reasons).
How much does B2B marketing differ from B2C marketing? Shouldn't the same rules and laws apply?
For my part, I have learned to think in terms of advantages and features and to present these specifically to the right prospective customer.
But obviously it is enough for private customers to write "something" under your products. That the feature "seeing" refers to our eye and this is even more efficient (mine can see galaxies even far away)... doesn't seem to be important. I'm sure it will be bought anyway...
