The Privacy Shield is Born - Have the US and the EU settled their differences?
As news broke of the Privacy Shield's publication and adoption, we began receiving requests for advice and guidance on what the Privacy Shield might mean for market researchers working on European personal data using US-based employees and partners to process it.
The Privacy Shield will only become a reality in a couple of weeks time, meaning there's still a few weeks for European National Data Protection Authorities to go after companies which aren't in compliance.
