Beatrice is an exchange student from Norway and tennis player at UNC Asheville where she is pursuing two degrees, a Bachelor of Business Management and Bachelor of Political Science. As Intern with The Pritchett Agency, she supports our team and our agent workforce by assisting in the finance, operations, and process management departments.

What piece of advice do you try to live by?

I strive to live by the principle of maintaining a positive perspective and focusing on factors that are within my control. Embracing the power of perspective allows me to navigate challenges with resilience while concentrating on controllable elements, allowing me to drive meaningful change. This perspective has helped in my objective to be solutions-oriented.

Where in the world would you travel for the perfect meal?

For the perfect meal, I've always dreamed of traveling to India. Being a big fan of Indian cuisine, I would love to explore the diverse flavors of the country and try all the different curries and spices it has to offer.

What is the most exciting part of your job?

The most exciting part of my job is the dynamic nature of each day, where no two days are alike. Working within a close-knit and hardworking team and witnessing projects evolve from start to finish, where I learn new skills every day makes this a unique place to be.?

What’s your favorite way to spend the day off?

I enjoy spending time outside in the sunshine and being active. My favorite hobbies include hiking, playing golf, tennis, and pickleball.?

Are you well-traveled? If so, where have you traveled, and for how long, was it for fun or for business?

Growing up, I traveled a lot and competed in tennis on an international level. Born and raised in Norway, my journey took me across Europe and Africa for various tournaments. Among the countries I've visited, Georgia, Morocco, Switzerland, and Iceland are some of my favorites. And of course, I have loved my time living here in the US.
