Priority Me
Taking care of ourselves first should be such a powerful place to live. When you take care of yourself first it gives you the endurance and energy that is required to help others at a very high level. For some reason there is a disconnect with self care and selfish. We have turned self care into a bad thing. We want to be of service to others and in the process we end up being last on our to do list. Who takes care of the caregiver? By giving and being of service to others, that process should not make our lives worst. Prioritizing myself should mean I am in a much better place to perform exceptional service and care to my family, my children, my team, my clients, my community and others. The focus for me today is on how sacred it is to be able to be of service to others. That means however I have to take care of me first. This is no finish line to self care.
