  • Preserve: Keep, continue, protect, and maintain investment – i.e. keep doing it.
  • Strengthen: Optimize, fix, improve, and increase investment – i.e. do it better.
  • Transform: Reimagine or start new investment, minimize or stop all investment, or completely reimagine the investment or how it’s implemented/invested – i.e. do better things.
