That's why we need to invest in our people's growth and development. Whether it's through training programs, mentorship opportunities, or just giving folks the time and resources to learn new skills, investing in our colleagues' development is investing in the future of our organization.

1 年underestimating the power of Employees-wellbeing and the major affect that it has on employees' retention and level of satisfaction is disappointing these days, Stakeholders realize the importance of it only when it's too late, this what costs them more money to spend on building new teams.
