Yes, Zachary Nunn. Companies: if the attrition rates of your black and brown employees are not good, consider looking to those who left as guides to help make improvements before more employees leave. You can stop the bleeding before you are left with a lot of people in the majority group high-fiving themselves about how great their DE&I "activities" (not culture) are! ??
