Letting go? How? It is easier said than done, but when you’re stuck in certain patterns it is not that easy. Most of the time we are not even aware of our automatic thought patterns. It is important to be mindfull and take a moment to yourself. What do I feel, what do I think, what am I inclined to do. Not knowing what you want, what is meaningfull, what you’re goal is is often a sign You lost connection to the here and now.
