Prioritise your health even when you are short on time!

Prioritise your health even when you are short on time!

I hope this email finds you well and that you're having a great day. I know how busy life can be, and it can be tough to find time for everything that needs to get done. That's why I wanted to talk to you about the importance of prioritising your health, even when you're short on time.

I want to start by saying that when it comes to working out, "Done" is better than "Perfect." It can be tempting to think that unless we have a full hour to work out and a perfect plan in place, it's not worth doing anything at all. But the truth is, even a 10 or 15-minute walk can do wonders for our physical and mental health. By making it our mission to get stuff done, we're prioritising our health and wellbeing, and that's something to be proud of.

I know that you lead a busy life, whether it's because of work, family, or other commitments. But taking just a few minutes out of your day to go for a walk can have a significant impact on your overall health. Not only does it get your heart rate up and improve your cardiovascular health, but it can also help reduce stress, improve your mood, and give you more energy throughout the day.

So, the next time you're feeling like you don't have enough time for a workout, remember that even a quick walk can make a big difference. Don't worry about having a perfect plan in place or worry about doing it just right. Just make it your mission to get it done, and you'll be on your way to better health and wellbeing.

Thank you for taking the time to read this email. I hope it's been helpful and that you feel inspired to prioritise your health, even when you're busy.

Have a fabulous weekend.

love & light
