First UK Trade Event As Stahls' UK

Stahls' UK's First UK Trade Event Is A Success

I mean, this is no surprise right? We might've changed our name, but we're still the #1 manufacturer of heat presses and custom heat transfers worldwide.

(picks lint off shoulder, flips hair in slow motion and whispers "nailed it")

This year, Target Transfers attended Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2024 as Stahls' UK for the first time, ever.?

Printwear & Promotion Success

This year the show took place in Hall 1 at the NEC Birmingham, meaning a slight location change for regular P&P exhibitors.

This smaller hall worked very well in our favour, meaning the Stahls' UK stand was mere seconds away from the show entrance and, surrounded by partner stands like Ralawise , AWDis Brands and BELLA+CANVAS

Combined with the footfall from Sign & Digital UK show happening in the adjoining Hall 2, it's safe to say the show booth was buzzing with activity all day, every day.

The Stand Design

The vibrant floating cube above the stand acted as a beacon for identifying our new branding and it drew customers in like siren singing boats into the rocks - Once you stop by the Stahls' UK stand you won't?need to see anyone else! You're ours!

Awash with vibrant pinks, yellows and oranges, this year's stand design was colourful and open ensuring that the Stahls' UK stand was by far the most attractive and inviting around. Its spider leg design pushed the Heat Presses out into the edge of the aisle making them extremely hard to walk past without stopping by to take a look.

The Launch of The ProPlace IQ

The Dual Air Fusion and 360IQ Hat Press are always popular points of interest for Hotronix and Stahls' but this year, the Hotronix ProPlace IQ took the gold medal. Its large, curved projectors were unmissable by any passerby meaning that crowds formed regularly and eagerly.

Despite the curiously confused faces of heat printers that had never seen a machine like it before, Shauna Soom , Director of Global Sales at Stahls' Hotronix? Heat Presses eloquently and effectively demonstrated the full capabilities of the impressive machine. Throughout the 3 day stint, the most heard sounds by the ProPlace IQ were 'Wow' and 'Sign me up'.

It's safe to say the UK's first ever shipment is selling out FAST.

Supported by Dave Conner , Stahls' US Content Director and Anna Becker , Stahls' EU Sales Manager, the ProPlace IQ was officially the hottest product in the room.

Successful Seminars

And... whilst we're on the topic of educational content, the Stahls’ UK output this year was unrivalled.

With a total of 7 seminars across the 3 days, Andy, Molly and Dave hosted the best-attended seminars of the entire event.

With Andy’s focus on Branded Workwear, Molly’s expertise in Marketing and Dave covering the future of DTF and print-on-demand, the broad spectrum of education covered was commendable.?

Rumour has it that during Molly's Sunday Marketing seminar, the P&P hall actually fell quiet due to the sheer volume of show attendees standing in the Knowledge Centre... If you attended but couldn’t quite hear through the extremely thick crowds at all of these seminars, don’t panic, we’ve got YouTube content on these topics coming soon!

The Collaborations:

Bella+Canvas

Once again, BELLA+CANVAS continued their Live Activation collaboration with Stahls' and hosted our Hotronix Maxx Clam Heat Press on their stand.

Last year, they entertained guests and attendees with a spray paint artist, using the Maxx Clam to cure designs on tshirts. This year, they took it up a level offering an exciting customisation station using Stahls’ UK UltraColour Max DTF Heat Transfers.

The live activation was SO popular that they ran out of DTF Heat Transfers by the end of day 1! In an impressive move, in line with UltraColour Max’s brand new same-day dispatch policy, new heat transfers were ordered, printed and delivered in record time - by 2 pm the very next day. The show could go on!?

AWDis Sliders

This year our Fusion IQ Heat Press was set up with the Hotronix Can Cooler Platen. This platen has many uses but is well-loved for it’s ability to print 8 items at once.

This year not only did we fuse Can Coolers on it but we also teamed up with AWDis Brands to fuse the JC092 Sliders on it too. Because of the unique nature of the product and the ease of Hotronix heat printing, it’s safe to say that this area of the stand was absolutely mobbed.

And last but not least, this year we've treated our P&PLIVE attendees to our best-ever show offers!
