Principles of Leadership
Good day friends. In my lived experience, I have often found that the Principles of Leadership are overly complicated in both analysis and explanation. Yet potentially just a personal failing on account of the hamster turning the wheel quite slowly in my mind. ??
In my humble opinion, being a good leader is simply a matter of embracing and exuding the following three edicts:
1) Genuinely care for the well-being of your teammates more than yourself, even past the extent of mortal existence.
2) Constantly devote your time and attention to establishing the necessary environmental conditions to empower your teammates to succeed.
3) Continuously scan the landscape for points of critical friction in mission execution and intentionally insert yourself into those gaps in order to introduce direction, calm, and confidence.
Peace and blessings to all.
