Principle #9: Engage in Things that Strengthen Our Connection
The purpose of all the principles we have so far including the ninth, is to develop in us a new approach and attitude to our organization, and as an addition to life in general. It's all a matter of the general success of the organization and the realization of every employee’s potential.
There is no other purpose here except how business organizations deal with the transition period we are in, not according to current parameters, but striving for much more success-oriented goals that suit the new atmosphere.?
The era of individual excellence is already over, a process that began as early as the 1950s. We can remain on the old track or already start preparing ourselves for the transition.?
The ninth principle is simple to understand yet more complex to implement. It’s about focusing on things where we have a common denominator, the things we agree on. And everything else is set aside. After we gather more forces we will come back and deal with them, with renewed forces.?

Make an initial selection of the organization's goal, and factors for its success. Then we ensure the success of our employees by giving them fair social conditions and a place for them to express their creativity. Everyone has their own uniqueness. We must locate it and give them the opportunity to realize it, towards achieving the common goal, the success of the organization. It is not a condition of culture but rather about providing employees with mental satisfaction beyond the social conditions. A fulfilled employee will be less bothered by wage conditions etc. and will be much more efficient, dedicated and purposeful.?
In the current conditions, in order to be successful, we must agree to the changes. After all most of the conditions that are currently forcing us to change are not directly connected to the organization, but are rather environmental conditions that have been imposed on us.
There may appear to be many reasons not to focus on these things - that this is a business with highly talented professionals, experts and managers. But that’s the wrong approach. No individual, no matter how talented, even #1 in the world, can make decisions for him or herself, because the results will always be transient, seasonal. So the key is always in finding the common denominator. For example, let’s say there are 2-3 professionals who each think differently. From today the focus will have to be on finding the common denominator between the three different opinions, and then you will get a solution that will be right and for the long term, whether it’s for a product or a service - the same approach applies.??

Committing ourselves to such a way of thinking and performing will ensure us opportunities where we can realize the goals of the company with our face forward towards the future.
