One of the foundations of systems is reciprocity. In business there is typically a group of individuals that work together. We essentially only have two modes of operation that determine how that will work:?

1- we either reject one another

2 - or get closer to one another?

There is no question that we must work together. This is how the world is built, this is how man is built; meaning systems that depend on each other. For example, in today’s world I can’t satisfy my own needs on my own. I depend on receiving supplies from all over the world. Whether it’s food, clothes, medicine - and in fact everything, and in all areas of our lives. So whether I want to or not, it doesn’t matter at all. The fact is that I’m dependent on the world and the other human beings in it.??

To measure success correctly today we need to broaden our perspective so we can understand and succeed in the new ways of life that are emerging.

Everyone wants to succeed in life, not only economically but also socially, as humans. But not everyone is willing to invest equally, to make the necessary changes along the way.?

Throughout history humanity has progressed from situation to situation. That is, as soon as a certain situation stops serving us and becomes negative then we start looking for alternatives.?

Today we are at such a crossroads where things need to start to change, but a lot of the changes we're seeing so far are mainly for appearances. To do this in the system we're building with new values, there are new codes of consideration and mutual concessions.?

We’re all partners in achieving this goal together - the success of the organization. This will never change. The only thing we can change is creating the ideal conditions for scaling the new success.?

The truth of the matter is that I don’t really care what it takes to succeed, the main thing is to succeed as long as it doesn’t harm anyone else.?That's the game-changer.
