Emanuel School, a leading co-educational Jewish day school, provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for students from Pre-school to Year 12. After seven years of exemplary leadership, Mr Andrew Watt will retire at the end of 2024. The School Board seeks an outstanding Principal who is a dynamic, future-focused leader with strong values to lead Emanuel School into its next phase whilst honouring the core principles on which the school has been built.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders including students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, and the wider community.
• Executive level leadership in all aspects of the school’s operations, including resourcing and people management, financial management, marketing, fundraising, communications, risk/compliance and governance.
