Magnus H?gstr?m, Member of the Board: Magnus H?gstr?m (1973) has over twenty-five years of experience from financial markets with a background as a Fund Manager. He was the responsible fund manager for SEB’s fundamentally managed European equity funds 2014-2015. Before taking over the European funds he was a part of the team managing the fundamentally managed Global equity funds at SEB. Prior to joining SEB Magnus was a partner at the London-based hedge fund Adelphi Capital LLC between 2006 and 2010. At Adelphi he focused primarily on investing in European small and mid-sized companies. This followed a stint as a stockbroker starting in the late 1990’s, moving to London at the beginning of the millennium. Nowadays, Magnus works as a private investor with capital raising processes for primarily small and medium-sized companies. Magnus H?gstr?m sits on the board of Nasdaq First North listed Simris Group AB. In his spare time Magnus spends most of his time managing his sons football team.
Ulla Sandborgh, Member of the Board: Ulla Sandborgh (1960) has extensive experience from the IT and telecom industries as well as the power grid and energy markets. Ulla Sandborgh was the director general and CEO of the Swedish transmission system operator, Svenska kraftn?t, 2017-2019. Prior to her position as director general and CEO, she worked five years as Executive Vice President for the Marketing and System Development Department at Svenska kraftn?t, 2012-2017. During the years 2014–2016, she was also chair of the Pan-European MRC project for pan-European Day-Ahead Coupling. Ulla Sandborgh worked 2006-2012 for Fortum V?rme as site manager for the cogeneration plants in V?rtahamnen in Stockholm, sales manager for large industrial customers and as manager of product and service development. Ulla Sandborgh is an elected member and vice chair of the Electrical Engineering Section at The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA).
Pontus Braunerhjelm, Member of the Board: Pontus Braunerhjelm (1953), PhD, Geneva and J?nk?ping, is affiliated researcher at the Swedish Entrepreneurship Forum. He was appointed Professor in Economics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2010 and Professor in Economics at Blekinge Institue of Technology in 2018. He has previously been Secretary General of the Swedish Government’s Globalization Council and CEO of the Swedish Entrepreneurship Forum. Dr Braunerhjelm received his doctorate in international economics from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva in 1994, and also a doctorate from the J?nk?ping International Business School, in 1999. Pontus Braunerhjelm was elected in 2009 as a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, IVA, and served as Deputy Preses and Board Member, 2015-2018.
Rikard Azelius, Member of the Board: Rikard Azelius (1961) is a Partner at Swedish law firm Vinge. Rikard Azelius has expertise in corporate and EU law and has been working as a lawyer in Sweden and Brussels for more than thirty years. Rikard Azelius holds a double degree in Master of Laws, LL.M. (jur kand) and Master of Science in Business and Economics (civilekonom) from Lund university. Azelius is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and Partner with Advokatfirman Vinge since more than twenty-five years. Until recently he was the Managing Partner at Vinge’s offices in Malm? and Helsingborg for almost fifteen years. Rikard Azelius has extensive experience of multiple industries, including trade, maritime transport, infrastructure and energy, as well as other regulated markets. He has also served on several Board of Directors of companies and organizations.
Anna Vidlund, Member of the Board: Anna Vidlund (1973) is a Senior Principal at AFRY Energy Management Consulting in Stockholm, responsible for project delivery of energy sector projects within the areas of due diligence, operational excellence and strategy. Anna Vidlund has twenty years of experience from the energy markets and has covered areas from strategy and investments to 24/7 production operations. Her main expertise areas are district heating, hydro power, solar PV, system optimization, investment analysis, organizational development and leadership. As head of Hydro Operations of Fortum 2017-2021, she was part of the Physical Trading organization where she gained experience of the Nordic Power market. Anna has MSc and LicEng degrees from KTH, the Royal Institute of Technology, and lives in Stockholm with her family.

Henrik Norlin, Member of the Board: Henrik Norlin (1983), MSc, Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, has long experience from developing and scaling technology intensive companies within the cellulose and energy industries. Through his position as CEO and board member of Girindus Investments AB he has during the last 12 years been a key person in developing the company’s portfolio of innovative companies. More specifically Henrik was amongst other things, initially the acting CEO and later on Chairman of Renewcell AB during its initial scaling phases and thereafter a board member during its listing on Nasdaq First North. Henrik has also held board positions in a number of innovative industrial technology companies such as Meva Energy AB and Cleanflow AB. When Henrik isn’t working you will find him on the tennis court, kitesurfing or diving deep into history books.
Gustav Bergquist, Member of the Board: Gustav Bergquist (1980) is the CEO of Primrock Holding’s operative subsidiaries Primrock AB and Primrock EQL AB and a Co-Founder of Primrock in 2019. Gustav Bergquist has more than ten years of experience from critical infrastructure. Gustav is a multi-faceted tech guy with a business administration background. Prior to Primrock, Mr Bergquist was the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Bahnhof, a leading Swedish Internet Service Provider. During his seven years with Bahnhof he grew the business both vertically and horizontally whilst leveraging economies of scale both in personnel and in technical aspects. He likes to engage with customers, and he enjoys a challenge. He is passionate about building critical infrastructure to support the transition to a 100% renewable energy system. Gustav has also served as the Chairman of the Board at the Swedish Datacenter Industry Association.
Mattias Ganslandt, Chairman of the Board: Mattias Ganslandt (1970), PhD, Lund University, is the Founder and CEO of Primrock Holding. He has spent the last ten years inventing and developing new services and market designs in the energy sector to support a faster transition to a sustainable economy. He has published research in leading peer-review journals and frequently speaks at international meetings and conferences. Dr Ganslandt was previously Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Lund University, and a Visiting Professor at the University of Barcelona, the World Trade Institute in Switzerland and at the University of Colorado, Boulder, USA. He has conducted research for private companies, government agencies and international organizations, including the OECD and the World Bank, and has testified as an expert before several courts and arbitration panels. He has previously worked as a research program director at The Research Institute of Industrial Economics and served a four-year term as Secretary General of the Swedish Economic Association, 2002-2006. In his spare time, Ganslandt enjoys cross country running and skiing, on and off the beaten path.
