Project Integration Management:
The process of coordinating the various activities and components of a project to ensure that it is completed successfully. Project Scope Management:
This is the process of defining, documenting, and controlling the scope of a project, by identifying the project's objectives, determining the tasks that need to be completed, and establishing the project's deliverables. The project manager is responsible for ensuring that the project stays within its scope and that any changes to the scope:

This process helps to ensure that the project remains focused on its goals and that resources are not wasted on unnecessary tasks.
Project Time Management:
Project Schedule -Planning, monitoring, and controlling – helps to control the project duration. It includes activities such as developing a project schedule, estimating the duration of each task, and identifying when a certain task should start and end. The project manager is responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time by closely monitoring the progress of the project steps and adjusting as necessary. This will also ensure the efficient utilization of resources.
Project Cost Management:
The project Budget must also be planned, done through forecasting and estimation, and controlled by the Project Manager. This also includes activities such as developing a cost management plan, estimating the costs of each task, and monitoring the actual costs of the project. The project manager is responsible for ensuring that the project is completed within budget by closely monitoring the costs of the project and making adjustments as necessary. Cost management is essential for ensuring that the project is completed within the available resources and that the project's financial goals are met.
Project Quality Management
Ensuring that the project deliverables meet the required ( Specified, Contracted, Approved ) quality standards.
Project Resource Management
Ensuring that resources are allocated and managed effectively, including people, time, equipment, and budget.
Project Communications Management
A key component of project management is project communications management, which involves organizing, carrying out, overseeing, and managing the flow of information between stakeholders. By using the proper communication channels, it makes sure that the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. It entails a strict statistical methodology for measurement and analysis as well as a planned approach.
Kanban: A scheduling system used to manage and improve workflow. It is founded on the ideas of continuous improvement, minimizing work-in-progress (WIP), and just-in-time production. Each task or work item is represented by a card or other visual component on a Kanban board, which is used to visualize work. Decision-making: is a process of selecting the best option among different choices or alternatives, with the aim of achieving a desired outcome or goal.
Conflict resolution: ?Akey skill of a PM is to be able to address and resolve disputes or disagreements between two or more parties in a peaceful and effective manner, with the goal of restoring harmony and reaching a mutually beneficial solution. Resolving conflicts and disputes should be by learning to practice understanding the sources of conflict, effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Contract Management: Monitoring contracts between the project team and external parties is one of the most critical aspects of project management. ?The target is to ensure that all contractual obligations are met within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget, however, usually, this only happens on paper and varies from real-world situations.?
