The Prima Pearl Apartment Tower is built in the heart of Southbank directly opposite Crown the prestigious Crown Entertainment Complex and on the Southern edge of the Yarra River. The building includes 6 star amenities taking hotel style living to a whole new level. The building comprises 667 apartments, across 72 levels and was completed mid-2014.

My company "Expert Security" is proud to add the Prima Pearl Tower to its list of successful high rise projects delivered.

Expert Security, designed, supplied and installed the state of the art security system for this site which included a sophisticated access control system, a high definition CCTV system and high quality Italian intercom system.

This recently constructed residential skyscraper was developed by PDG Corporation and Schiavello.

Prima Pearl is currently the second tallest building in Melbourne after the Eureka Tower.
