The Priests Aura

The Priests Aura

?A different way to detect the truth or a lie.

?A few years ago, I was asked to do some consulting work for a large corporate organisation overseas. My task was unconventional: to attend their quarterly conferences, sit quietly at the back of the room, and observe the auras of the speakers and participants. I watched as the colours of their auras shifted, reflecting the energy and truth (or lack thereof) in their words. It was fascinating to see how the energy in the room would change, and at times, I was asked to shift that energy—but that’s another story.

This wasn’t my first experience with observing auras. Many years earlier, my mother and I had a ritual of attending various churches—whether spiritual, traditional Catholic or evangelical. We’d always sit at the back, keenly observing the Priest, Pastor or Ministers’ auras. There were times when a priest’s aura would appear dark, murky, or even black. In those moments, we knew it was best to leave. Other times, the aura glowed with beautiful colours, and we’d stay, comforted by the energy of truth and light.

Just last weekend, I attended a service and found myself once again watching a priest’s aura. It glowed beautifully, though it subtly shifted colour whenever the priest went off script, revealing the impact of their words on their energy field. However, a few months earlier I went to another service and saw a Priests aura that was quite murky. A very different experience. I will often go to various denominations and watch and worship from the back (or leave depending on what I see). Now, a point to note, I am not judging them, just noticing and witnessing. I have found that I cannot see them when I judge and come from a place of negativity. Plus, who am I to judge.

Watching a person’s aura is like reading an invisible truth—one that is often more honest than their words. When anyone speaks, their aura shifts subtly, glowing and changing colour with each word. These colours range from the light and bright to the dark and dense, reflecting the vibrational energy of their truth or the shadows of their unspoken lies. Just as a priest’s aura might glow with pure light when in prayer or meditation, aligning with divine truth, our auras similarly mirror our inner state.

When we speak truthfully, our aura resonates with clarity, often perceived as a bright, clean light by those attuned to such energies. Conversely, when we lie or deceive, the aura dims or takes on darker, murky shades, symbolizing the dissonance between our words and our inner truth. It’s akin to living our truth versus living a lie. When we live authentically, we glow brightly; when we stray from our true purpose, our light dims.

The Hindu tradition offers a profound understanding of the aura, often depicted as a halo or luminous field around deities and spiritually advanced individuals. This concept is closely tied to the chakra system—energy centres within the body that correspond to different aspects of our physical and spiritual existence. Each chakra is associated with a specific colour, and these colours can shift and change, reflecting the energy flow within an individual.

A fitting metaphor for the aura is that of a stained-glass window. Each piece of glass represents a different aspect of our being—our emotions, thoughts, and the truths or falsehoods we express. When the light of truth shines through, the colours are vibrant and beautiful, creating a harmonious picture. But when lies or negative emotions cloud that light, the colours become distorted, and the picture loses its clarity and beauty.

In essence, the priest’s aura, like our own, is a testament to the power of truth. As we navigate our daily lives, let us be mindful of the energy we emit, the words we choose to speak, and the truth we live, knowing that our aura is not just a reflection of ourselves but a beacon to others.

Whether in quiet contemplation or conversation with others, may our auras shine with the brilliance of integrity, guiding us to live in alignment with our highest selves. And always remember—someone may be sitting in the audience, silently observing the truth your aura reveals.

Blessings

George Loturco Matthew 19:28 New King James Version So Jesus said to them, “Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of?Israel. Read this carefully, "when the Son of Man sits on His throne of His glory" Then it says "you who have followed Me will judge the twelve tribes of Israel. All these questions plus many, many more are answered in my books called, The Only Begotten Son and The Garden of Eden, Heaven or Hell.

Really interesting project Rachel. Many read a room or speaker without realising it and this may give a graeter perspective. I am going to be super aware now when I am doing talks or workshops though I am nearly always me coming from my truth.
