A study by the Center of Creative Leadership shows that the average professional with a smart phone, spends about 70 hours per week on work. Adobe says we That 80% of us check our email before going into work, 30% of us check our email before getting out of bed. 40% of us check email after 11 o’clock, and 75% of us check email on the weekends. This is robbing the very heart and soul from innovative America, not enhancing it. This is destroying, marriages, and deteriorating the family.
I often coach people who are nowhere near their full potential-not because they don’t know what to do professionally, but because they forgot how to live as a whole person.
If you’re going to grind, make sure it is more about inspiration than perspiration.
There is a cost to the grind. Is it worth paying?
