Preview evening: dedication of the book "Risks and compliance in organizations" - Pathways between excellence, business and ethics.

For the 5th time, @NEOMA Alumni association and @NEOMA Business School research professors have teamed up to publish a book at Pearson Editions coordinated by @Jean-Michel Huet and @Gregoire Chantemargue.

The first part lays out the foundations of the conceptual frameworks of reflection as well as the culture that are necessary for its implementation. At the heart of governance, the question of the link between ethics, conformity and morality raises real philosophical questions. The regulatory and economic frameworks are also key elements, particularly in the financial sectors.

The second part questions the issue of operational excellence associated with risks and compliance: how to carry out a process of change and transformation in the company related to risks, the role of internal control and the data challenges are analyzed.

Finally, the third part illustrates new risk frontiers: cyber risks, IT & data challenges, non-compliance questions in the West African financial sector or risk to enter (or not) to African markets.
