5 个月je trouve que c'est très important de savoir et de comprendre le phénomène des risques de désastre afin de réfléchir comment pouvoir les contrer avant même de les réduire, comme on dit l'attaque est la meilleure défense. anticiper les choses à partir des modèles mathématiques qui doivent se rapprocher du réel, la prévision du désastre par les scientifiques (ingénieur modélisateur, techniciens de terrain, (même s'il n'arrive pas), est très important il doit être encouragé, on a un meilleur exemple celui du prophète NOE, Dieu lui a prédit le déluge, et lui il s'est bien préparé en construisant l'ARCHE, il a supporté toutes les critiques venant de plus pessimistes de son peuple, mais il a gagné et il a eu raison par sa foi en Dieu. l'ingénieur scientifique modélisateur doit avoir confiance en son savoir la connaissance se partage entre le travail de bureau et celui du terrain.

5 个月If you want to educate people about the DRR, you must work with that community which is affected by DRR in their own languages. The relevant community participation is very important.
