#Just saying, Atlantic Ocean thermal energy uptake is increasing with increasing Atlantic Ocean SST in the tropics! Run for Noah's Ark? A climate scientist in the UK thinks along the same lines!

It is critical that we advocate for policies and investments focused on enhancing resilience, including social protection programs to help communities recover. Rapidly scaling up preparedness and risk reduction efforts is paramount to saving lives and livelihoods as the climate changes and patterns shift. Far too many areas are now perpetually teetering on the edge between barely recovering from the last disaster to being plunged into a full-on crisis. Breaking the cycle requires a paradigm shift. We have a vital role to play in educating and rallying support for transformative solutions commensurate with the magnitude of the challenge before us. The problem is that the buy-in from key stakeholders and communities usually comes too late.?
