Leaving for work,
anytime soon?
No need to panic,
here's what to do.
Viruses are common,
living on surfaces near you.
But common-sense prevention,
can help see you through.
Avoid close contact,
with people who are sick.
Feeling ill?
Remote work does the trick.
Cover your cough,
sneeze into a tissue.
Thus, making viruses,
less of an issue.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, with unwashed hands.
Clean and disinfect surfaces,
with a systematic plan.
Facemasks should be worn,
by people showing symptoms.
Protecting friends and family,
from becoming unwilling victims.
Wash your hands often,
for at least 20 seconds.
Use soap and water if possible,
or hand disinfectants.
Think about prevention,
before you start eating.
After going to the bathroom,
after blowing your nose,
after coughing,
or sneezing.
An ounce of prevention,
is worth a pound of cure.
Be a leader at work,
and we'll all endure.
Feel free to share or discuss.

Case in point, the guy who sneezed as he was walking towards my wife and I at the store last night without covering his mouth. Thanks for allowing us to walk into your vapour spray and share whatever you have affecting you. Has this ever happened to you? Let's all be leaders and make common sense prevention more common again.
