Preventing Burnout and Finding Your Happy Place

Preventing Burnout and Finding Your Happy Place

The more you get done, the more you succeed.

Until you don't.

It's a trap.

The more you get done, usually the more you have to do.

I remember years ago reading Don't Sweat the Small Stuff.

Richard Carlson gives us the grim reality that you shouldn't worry about your "inbox".?

When you die, it will still be full

It's also kind of like driving.

No matter how fast you go, there will always be a car ahead of you.

But, we try to get it all done anyways.

And that leads to burnout.

Burnout is not some froo froo word.

It's a real thing.

Burnout drives you out of business.

It tells you that you're not doing enough and you never will.

Burnout is a jerk.

That's why I found the burnout guru, Phil Gerbyshak .

Phil shares his approach to preventing burnout and finding happiness in our daily life, without the unnecessary grind.
