What is this 20% elite club? - Statistically only 80% of small businesses reach 10 years in business! I am not sure on the statistics for 12 years? However, I do know I am proud Prestige Appointments, is experiencing consistent growth and more importantly our service levels achieve my original, 'WHY' (the reason I launched Prestige). With all 5 star google reviews I could not be prouder of Team Prestige. I did not achieve this success on my own, I don't work with a group of people, I work with a TEAM. My goal was to run a Recruitment Business that helped clients and candidates connect, matching true DNA, working in Partnership with HR and/or Company Directors - adding value to the recruitment process.

What is a Recruitment Partnership?
It starts with us interviewing the client (yes the client), we need you to invest your time in educating us on your business, goals, culture and of course any pains.
We then create a bespoke Company Profile for you to approve - we want to be clear on who we are recruiting for to ensure the best match. We find candidates that WANT to work specifically for your business.
We go to market with a creative advert that is professionally written, but with no more than 10% of roles filled by job adverts we proactively conduct tailored searches, use tools to approach the passive job seeker that may not have realised they were even looking, until they heard about YOUR business.
To prevent wasting your time, the first stage interview will be conducted face to face by a Prestige Consultant and the short list of talent will be presented to you with interview notes and justification for our submission. Counter offers can be a pain in the backside which is why we challenge candidates on this early in the process.
The interview feedback is a key part to the process, this is where you optimise 'Employer Branding', we can provide guidance on this and we will manage feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates. Everyone should walk away with a good impression of your company!
