GRAZ, Okt. 28, 2022 – Userbrain, the company that provides user testing services and solutions, announced today that it will not be acquired by Tom Bravos, a leading software investment firm. This decision was made after careful consideration by the Board of Directors and the management team.

"This was a difficult decision for our company," said the CEO of Userbrain, Markus Pirker. "Our name, starting with ?User?, would have met all the qualifications for a successful acquisition."

The company stated that it is still committed to providing its customers with the best possible user experience research and testing services.
