1.?????????????The Guinean justice has ordered injunctions and special protective and provisional measures against the Guinean companies and their directors which are part of the Monaco Resources Group (MRG) due to ?serious and complex facts potentially constituting international organised crime. These special provisional measures are temporary procedural measures during the search for information due the existence of risks that the defendants take actions not to face justice unless restrained by injunctions.
2.?????????????It is common knowledge that the English company Nectar Group Limited is a subsidiary of Monaco Resources Group (MRG), just like the Luxembourg company Metalcorp Group SA which raises funds on the basis of Guinean assets even though the Monaco nebula Resources Group (MRG), which had undertaken to make all of the investments necessary for the realization of the bauxite / alumina project before December 31, 2020, has still not built the alumina plant, nor finalized the infrastructure of the project, or even pay its suppliers including MCI.

2 年Not surprising - and a long awaited legal breaktrough regarding the background connections of MRG, their subsidiaries (plural!!!) and certain other entities (which I better not name here in public).
