The Pharmaceutical Heritage Foundation sponsored educational program on September 2nd, 2021, which was dedicated to highly specialized and complex marketing program helping organizations manage uncertainty to achieve competitive advantage. The Marketing War Games, also referred to as Competitive Simulation had been utilized by the pharmaceutical industry for decades. Its primary objective was to develop competitive strategy that can withhold the worst-case competitive attack scenario. However, its greatest utility was to educate and instruct sales force on how to overcome any objections to use of their product, while being completely compliant with their product label. This type of program was typically conducted in close collaboration and supervision with the Legal and Regulatory departments, providing guidance on how best to address objections and competitive threats, while minimizing risks to the organization. ???
This session was conducted by Dr. Michael Tucker, psychologist and psycholinguist, who is well established and respected expert in conducting Marketing War Games, with over 20 years of experience, primarily within pharmaceutical industry sector. He helped many organizations to overcome risks, and achieve market leadership. Since 1999, Dr. Tucker dedicated his work to identify successful market entry and growth strategies for multi-billion-dollar brands across markets and organizations. His exceptional analytical and in-depth interviewing skills of key stakeholders translated into successful strategies and tactics, uncovering new market growth opportunities while managing risks. Dr. Tucker is known within the industry as one of the best strategic professionals with a demonstrated capability to uncover new insights and effectively influence teams to take actions.
