$881,000 Deal Closing on a Historic and Legendary Building located in Detroit, MI.

Soaring Pine Capital a direct lender and single-family office closed on another senior bridge loan, the last week of 2016. Making it a great send off to the year!

The loan proceeds are being used to finish renovations of the historical building and allowing the release of the awarded tax credits.

This is another example of why bridge lending plays such an important part of the financing of projects, that the banks either cannot finance due to circumstances of the deal or just have no interest in participating.

Detroit being one of the hottest Real Estate markets and recently being ranked 9th as a global destination by the New Year Times, this helps the increasing property values, the desire for more investments within the city, and perceived view for the rebound which helps everyone that owns properties and businesses.
