Press Felt Deviation

Press felt, forming fabrics, and dryer felts are the three most valuable items in paper-making production.

?(1) Malfunctioning of the regulator which is automatically corrected by the instrument;

?(2) One side of the Press felt is loose and the other side is tight, the standard line is seriously deviated, which is generally caused by the tensioning roller loose on one side;

?(3) A guide roller of the felt loop is deviated;

(4) One end of a guide roller on the entanglement of pulp or blanket edge breakage entanglement roller more, causing line speed inconsistency;

(5) The pressure area of the two press rollers are not equal to the two ends of the contact is not consistent.

Make sure the guide roller, press rollers are parallelled to each other, and pay attention to the blanket tension roller single side of adjustment, remember to check the blanket calibrator .
