Our social and economic future is likely to be very focused on local communities for the foreseeable future. Local culture, heritage and sense of identity provide a foundation for community champions everywhere in the world to harness local talent and innovation.

We have already seen innovative uses of digital technologies to bring social connections to compensate for the loss of physical contact. Community social media sites and social entrepreneurs are finding ways tp bring people together to support, entertain and sustain those in need.

This webinar and expert panel discussion aims to bring together local community champions and experts across different sectors to discuss and demonstrate how digital heritage could act as a major catalyst for active ageing, bridging generational divides and rebuilding healthy communities.
