Presenting from Steven Bartlett's "33 Laws of Business and Life" - The Story ????

Yesterday, in the Professional English Mastermind group, participants each chose a chapter present from Steven Bartlett's excellent book, The Diary of a CEO: The 33 Laws of Business and Life.

The feedback from the session was extremely positive, with participants saying it was both helpful and interesting. Not only did they practise English presentation skills, but they also learned new insights for living better and achieving goals.

One of the chapters we covered was ‘Ask, Don't Tell,’ which focuses on the power of asking questions, especially ‘Will you?’ questions, to force us to think about something and commit to an answer. These questions prompt us to make stronger decisions.

With this in mind, I asked myself, "Will I send out the topic email for next week today, Saturday?" As you can see, the answer is an emphatic ‘yes!’

Next week, I propose we continue with the same format, moving on to Pillar II of Steven Bartlett's book: The Story.

This section is about the importance of understanding and crafting our personal narrative. It emphasises how our story shapes our identity and can be used as a powerful tool to influence our mindset and actions.

So, I would like each of you to present on one of the laws from the 2nd part of the book.

You will have 5-10 minutes to present and then 5-10 minutes to answer questions. ?(15 minutes in total per person.)
