This concert season, we are so proud to present a concert series that’s sure to please young fans and parents alike. Audiences can laugh out loud at the antics of Story Pirates, sing along to Rock and Roll Playhouse and learn with 1, 2, 3 Andrés.
?June 18- Story Pirates
Sailing back to Bethel Woods are Story Pirates! They feature a crew of incredible musicians, comedians, authors, and comedians that have been creating content for kids for 15 years.
The group performs various songs and sketches based on stories submitted by children. Along with their live performances, they also have a family podcast that’s been downloaded more than 35 million times!
Their podcast has recently won its second Webby Award for Best Family and Kids Podcast. The group owns their own subscription service called The Story Pirates Creator Club, and they have released three best-selling middle-grade books with Penguin Random House.
July 9- The Rock and Roll Playhouse: Music of The Beatles
The Rock and Roll Playhouse is ready to get young audiences grooving to the familiar sounds of the Fab Four.
Founded in 2014 by independent concert promoter Peter Shapiro and educator Amy Striem, this is one of the nation’s largest family concert series’.
Other artists that the group has covered include David Bowie, The Grateful Dead, Aretha Franklin, Bob Marley, and Dolly Parton.

Bethel Woods says Bienvenido to 1, 2, 3 Andrés!
1, 2, 3 Andrés (pronounced uno, dos, tres Andrés) consists of musicians Andrés and Christina. Andrés grew up in Bogotá, Colombia. His father taught him how to play the guitar at a young age. His love for music eventually inspired him to earn his Doctorate in Music. Christina grew up in the Midwest in a Spanish-speaking family from Colombia. She later became a public school teacher and earned her Master’s in Education. In 2016, their album Arriba Abajo won Best Latin Children’s album at the 17th annual Latin Grammy Awards.
The duo perform songs in Spanish and English that are sure to get the whole family singing, dancing and learning.
Staying true to our mission to ensure that the arts are accessible for all, each show featured in the Family Concert Series features a “pay-what-you-can” model, with suggested donations at $5, $10, $15 and $20. Bundle packs featuring all shows are also available. All shows take place on the outdoor Terrace Stage (weather-permitting), allowing for full accessibility. Each event will conclude with an artistic activity.
