It's strange. The more I do the this speech about a different way of running the Marxist-capitalist business, the more resonance it gets... and the more people want to know about how they build one. I'll have to do a book.

8 年Great summary of what you have always said to me, and what I have seen in your team. Any experience at moving an existing organisation to this... well it is more than a model, a culture, ethos? From what I have seen, and achieved myself, it starts from the top, is utterly consistent, transparent and "walks the talk". Trouble I have found is that the senior team often have, or perceive they have, the most to lose and rather than help take the lead can be the barrier.
