3. Encourage unstructured conversation: While it is best to come prepared for the pre-call session, some unplanned brainstorming can help push creative juices.
4. Invite an additional person who can add value: Leverage a coworker, publisher, or partner for insights and advice, even a short conversation can benefit you greatly.
5. If all else fails, send an email or message: If unable to attend a pre-call session, send an email to establish a clear strategy and avoid starting aimlessly.
