PREREQUISITES FOR SUCCESS

Success is the achievement of a set (desired) goal optimally (at least expenditure of resources).

WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF SUCCESS?

For success to happen in reality, numerous success factors must be ensured.

Here are ten (10) elements without which there is no success:

1. Every success requires defined (necessary) activities for success to happen.

2. We cannot succeed if we have not set a goal (specific, measurable, feasible, realistic and time-bound).

3. We cannot succeed if we improvise (we do not have procedures for optimal action).

4. We cannot succeed if we have not set a strategy (way) to reach the goal.

5. Success requires systematic and continuous control of implementation. Anything that is not controlled will not happen (self-control and external control).

6. Success will not happen if we avoid defining deadlines for implementing necessary activities.

7. We will not succeed if we do not define a list of problems that we must solve to reach the desired goal.

8. For success to occur, we must remove resistance to change in ourselves and in other participants in the changes.

9. If dissatisfaction occurs during and after achieving the desired goal, it is certainly not a success.

10. If resources to achieve goals are excessively spent, we cannot call it a success.

If we omit even one of the above elements (success factors) - there is no success.

PRACTICAL WORK

Determine which of the ten listed success factors are obstacles to achieving your most important goal.

If there is more than one, choose the one that is the biggest obstacle to achieving success and define the necessary activities to remove it.

When you remove the biggest obstacle to achieving goals, choose another one to remove.

Continue until the last obstacle is removed because this is a prerequisite for achieving your desired success.

?CONCLUSION

Any achievement of success requires the introduction of changes.

We must remove all obstacles during the activities that lead to the desired goals for changes to occur. The obstacle to successfully introducing changes is ensuring all ten listed elements are prerequisites for successful changes.

Only after removing all obstacles, we can talk about success.

And create conditions for continuing to achieve further success.
