Bespoke Leadership Development?
A recent Gartner report reveals that, for the third consecutive year, leadership and manager development ranks as the top priority for HR leaders. This emphasis backs up the recognition that effective leadership and strong organisational culture are inextricably linked.
However, organisations I’m talking to, like Crosby Housing, are needing coaching and training that meets their needs rather than an ‘off the shelf’ package.
My leadership coaching is bespoke, which means I can focus on providing leaders with exactly what they need… Whilst keep company needs, targets and goals in mind too.
By equipping managers with practical tools, encouraging real-time feedback, and offering personalised coaching, I help leaders navigate their challenges and guide their teams effectively.
This results in leaders who clearly articulate their vision and values set the tone for a cohesive workplace, ultimately fostering a more resilient and engaged team.?
Why Organisations Can’t Afford to Wait to Develop Leaders
With 75% of HR leaders stating that managers are struggling to cope with expanded responsibilities, the need for effective leadership development is urgent. However, only 36% believe their current programmes are preparing leaders for the future.
This gap highlights the importance of a bespoke approach – one that helps leaders grow in ways that align with their organisation’s unique goals and addresses the true underlying causes of higher stress levels, disengagement and low morale.
If your organisation is looking to address these challenges with a personalised, strategic approach to leadership development, let’s talk. I’m here to help your leaders – and by extension, your teams – reach their full potential in the coming year.
What’s Going Well in Leadership & Wellbeing?
Leadership development in the UK is gaining momentum, with a strong emphasis on equipping leaders with both technical and soft skills, particularly as organisations recognise the need for resilient, adaptable and inclusive leaders. Recent trends reveal a positive shift towards comprehensive support in leadership, focusing on skills like emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and fostering inclusive workplaces.
As leaders face heightened pressures – economic uncertainty, rapid technological shifts and the expectation to maintain productivity with limited resources – bespoke leadership coaching is becoming critical.
Personalised coaching or targeted wellbeing training, particularly in stress management, resilience building and setting healthy boundaries, is essential for sustained leadership performance.
I've been busy supporting organisations with:
All these sessions can be delivered virtually, in person, or as a hybrid event.
These areas of support help leaders develop practical strategies for maintaining great delegation, time management and resilience.?
What I love is that my tailored coaching programmes enable leaders to thrive personally while driving positive change in their organisations, helping them to build resilient and adaptive teams ready to meet today’s challenges head-on.
I’m now taking bookings for 2025 so, if you’d like to talk about leadership and wellbeing support and training for next year, BOOK A CALL WITH ME and let’s schedule time to plan. And, if you book before Friday 13th December, you’ll benefit from 2023 prices!
What My Clients Say
I was delighted to receive this recommendation on LinkedIn providing feedback for a recent workshop:
"I had the pleasure of attending a Mental Health Day session led by Emma Langton at our company, and I cannot recommend her work highly enough. Emma created such a welcoming and warm environment that encouraged all staff across Europe and Asia to open up on World Mental Health Day, which was truly moving to see. Emma provided practical tools for managing stress and maintaining well-being across the board.
Alongside this, Emma also taught the staff what mental health looks like and how to spot the signs to look after others. I’m grateful for Emma's dedication to improving mental well-being in the workplace. If your organisation is considering ways to enhance mental health awareness and support, I wholeheartedly recommend Emma as a speaker and facilitator. Their expertise is truly an asset to any team."
