As we close out 2024, it’s time to reflect on our accomplishments, face any areas that could use renewed focus, and prepare for the journey that lies ahead. For those of us in Fixed Operations, this means not only celebrating the wins of the past year but also addressing ongoing challenges that demand our attention in the new year.

With the NADA Show just around the corner in New Orleans from January 24-26, 2025, there’s no better time to chart a course for success. Having spent my career in this industry, I know that nothing good happens consistently without a plan. This isn’t just about being organized. It’s about creating a roadmap that guides us forward, mile by mile, to build lasting results.

Reflecting on the Wins

Before we launch full speed into 2025, let’s take a moment to reflect on this past year. What were your significant accomplishments? Maybe you hit new benchmarks in customer satisfaction or revamped your service processes to maximize efficiency. Take a moment to appreciate those wins.


Ed Roberts, a Jacksonville native, began his time in the automotive world as an Apprentice. Since that time, he has benefited from touching many diverse levels and positions along the way to his current position as Chief Operations Officer at Bozard Ford Lincoln in St. Augustine, Florida.
