Happy All Hallows’ Eve, the day before All Saints Day, a day of remembrance for loved ones who have died, especially in the past year. (Note: I failed to post this on October 31 on LinkedIn so forgive the delay.)

Similarly, when it comes to planning to be on-purpose, think about the people you want on your team.?Whose purpose statement aligns and enriches your own? Who shares and can contribute to the vision and carry their end of the mission? Who has values like yours and has proven to be trustworthy? This is how you powerfully put to work your purpose, vision, missions, and values in very practical terms.

These are the people who will join you in building the processes of more effective and efficient performance. Regardless of whether you’re making preparations for home or work, use these steps to be set up for success in serving your loved ones or customers.
