Preparing for a second or third round of a job interview
You've successfully gotten through to the second round of a job interview. So what's next for you?
Typically, the first round of a job interview is when your prospective employer gauges your capabilities and whether you are the right fir for their organization. The second and third round of a job interview is for you to find out more about the organization, ask pertinent questions and deduce if this is where you truly want to work. The questions to ask yourself would be- Does it align with your values and your short-term and long-term goals? Are these the people you would want to spend the majority of your day with?
The questions to ask your prospective employer could be pertaining to more details about the organization or your role. At this point, it would also be okay to broach the subject of a salary range. Sometimes job descriptions do have a salary range mentioned, but this is your time to negotiate the best deal and advocate for yourself.
These are also rounds where you may be asked : " Can you tell us your weaknesses?" I have seen many career coaches and experts online say something to the effect of " Talk about how you turned your weaknesses into a strength."
While that may be one of the approaches you take, I'd advise you to state your weaknesses at the very outset. When I am asked this question, I always say that I am excellent at understanding the big picture. That comes quite naturally to me. What does not come naturally is focusing on the details. I have to work much harder and I always work better when a more detail oriented person is paired with me on a team. Together, we can achieve great things.

Make sure to review your resume at this stage because you will likely meet the senior most members of your prospective organization. Focus less on your responsibilities, and more on your quantifiable achievements.
I think being honest and authentic is critical for a job interview. Remember that when you do end up getting the job, these are the people who will be your peers and colleagues.
Good luck and hope you have a good Sunday, everyone!
