Insights from our Career Ready Masterclass
This week, our HR Advisor and Training Coordinator, Jasmine Twine, led a Career Ready Masterclass for pupils across Perth and Kinross. This year, we welcomed three new members to our mentoring team: Rachel Potter, Senior Customer Service Advisor; Anna Turnbull, Customer Service Trainer; and Lukas Wawrzynczak, Operational Finance Analyst.
The masterclass guided students through key stages of interview and assessment preparation. The presentation, titled Scotland Success at Interviews and Assessment Centres 2024, covered everything from CV and application tips to in-depth interview skills and the unique challenges of assessment centres. Key learning points included crafting a compelling CV, mastering interview techniques, navigating assessment centres, and practising interview and assessment skills at home or school.
