Preparing For Leadership

People have dreams. You and I have dreams.

But the question is, are these dreams or visions aligned with-G-d's plan for us, or are they simply born out of our own desires?

Position Preparing Practice Provision (all through G-d)

He has all the wisdom to prepare us for leadership!

I learned that G-d gave Joseph dreams. Joseph believed them.

But G-d first prepared him, before he received the blessings

1. PIT = Prophet or People In Training

2. Prison = Learning to serve, in the worst circumstances.

3. Palace = Your task, your position.

So, Pharaoh sent for Joseph, who was quickly brought out of the dungeon. After he had shaved and changed his clothes, he went in before Pharaoh

Pharoah sent word to summon Joseph quickly from the dungeon, so they shaved his beard1, changed his clothes2, and then sent him straight to Pharaoh.

1. Shaving the beard represents: We read in Tehillim 133 about living in unity with our brothers and sisters. But before we can realize that we need to be one with the CREATOR of heaven and earth. Shaving the beard means, not our power, not our will, not our plans, but HIS (G-d's) And the oil represents the anointing! We will walk, talk, act in HIS power, HIS wisdom, HIS love!
2. Prison? You probably think, what about the prison time... When we learn things, in difficult circumstances, (our prison) it will teach us to be humble, to serve others with a willing heart, and give all honor to our LORD!
3. Palace stands for the final task. Our calling, our position. We experienced the best Leadership Development! A royal training and preparation.
