As summer fast approaches and our industry gears itself up for another hectic period, I thought it would be a good time to share what we have been doing over the last few months in order to ensure that we provide the highest possible levels of service to our clients. From a manufacturing perspective we have a new multi-point gluer being installed at the end of July. This further significant investment will allow us to offer consistent lead times through the busiest periods of the year. We have also invested in an additional 50,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space that will allow us to offer stock holding of business critical lines. From a customer service perspective we have strengthened our team and made significant changes to our internal sales processes which has dramatically accelerated our response times.
In order to ensure that our customers can access prices as quickly as possible we have made some major improvements to CaseAce, our online quotation tool. This revolutionary software enables our customers to price anything from a basic 0201 to a multi line tender at the click of a mouse! Our customer portal enables our customers to view progress of their orders, artwork, structural designs, invoices, delivery notes and monthly spend. We continue to provide our customers with support through our technical sales and design team. Our modus operandi is to deliver value engineering projects which take out cost through redesigning / optimising packs; helping customers to save money and increase their sales thanks to a more competitive cost base. Over the course of the next couple of months we will be relocating our design team to our new building, where we will have the room and conducive infrastructure to work collaboratively with you in our new Customer Innovation Centre.
Finally, our revolutionary dual printer continues to go from strength to strength and is offering game-changing packaging solutions for the online retail sector in particular.
