Building an Enterprise AI Methodology for a Smarter World

Greetings everyone,

Just a quick heads-up regarding some exciting things I am working on with you.

As you may have noticed, I've temporarily paused my regular activities, such as the AI Insights podcasts, weekly newsletter, and polls. This hiatus, however, is for an exciting endeavor: I'm currently crafting a comprehensive, end-to-end methodology centered on Enterprise AI implementation.

My Mission

My mission, you may ask ??. To provide an extensive guide on adopting machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions on an enterprise scale.

The Methodology

This methodology will cover everything from strategic business considerations and change management to platform implementation, ML operations, governance, security, program management, portfolio management, and more.

The Audience

Designed for anyone intrigued by or involved in the Enterprise AI journey, this methodology promises to offer invaluable insights for everyone. Whether you're a C-suite executive, implementation lead, data scientist, machine learning engineer, data engineer, or program/project manager, you'll find enriching content to aid your understanding and follow-up action.

The Timeline

I'm pleased to announce that the methodology is about 70% complete and projected to reach completion by August. However, the release itself will take a few months and is planned for the October/November timeframe. To bridge the gap, I plan to resume my newsletter, podcasts, and polls around August to keep the dialogue and learning going, which I like very much.

Navigating the Breakneck Speed of AI Progress

Navigating the AI space feels like racing with time as it evolves at such a breakneck speed. Nonetheless, I hope we will see the pace of progress settle or at least slow down. Yet, considering the ubiquitous impact of AI on our professional and personal lives and its potential to revolutionize industries, this might remain wishful thinking on my part. The synergy of individual innovations and the cumulative impact on business processes, functions, models, and even industries will transform our familiar landscape.

Is Smart World the Next Disruptive Trend?

Even new industries and new companies like Amazon are going to emerge. Initially, it might have something to do with a seemingly edge technology few may know. It would be disruptive in nature and may involve some elements of the metaverse, AR/VR, intelligent apps, and AI embedded in it. I feel the world around us will get smarter, and these innovations will bring us closer to the concept of the Smart World.
