Don't quite understand why it is always the Democrats who are "powerless". Seems to me they are always prepping for failure.

What is needed is a bit of creativity and ruthlessness here instead of the usual roll-over and die. I can think of a half dozen ways to derail this crap. Here are four.

  • Impeach Trump ... Again and force him to face election impeached, and the likelihood that even if Putin fixes the vote and he "wins" again, he's out.
  • Impeach all 3 of Trump Court appointments. The third the day after the Rethuglys confirm her.
  • The House can increase the number of seats on the Court. They can also reduce it. Reduce it to 5 or 7. Last Judge in, first out.
  • Eliminate funding for the SCOTUS and the Moscow Mitch Kangaroo Courts
