Preparing after Covid 19 in hotels!

The Corona virus crisis is in full swing around the world right now.
But we have to prepare tomorrow….
How are we going to reopen our hotels? What will be the ideal conditions?
How are we going to regain the trust of our customers?
Do we need to obtain a certificate of compliance from the government hygiene service?
And the big question: will we offer a healthy and hygienic environment in our hotels for our customers/employees?
All these questions are and will be legitimate on the part of our customers when they return to our different countries.
What are the means we are going to put in place to reopen our hotels in good conditions and avoid customer distrust? Perhaps easier for hotel groups, but less obvious for sole proprietor hotels as budgets are different but should be the same goal.
