Today's devotional is from What Would Jesus Ask You Today?

"For if men do these things when the tree is green, what will happen when it is dry?" - Luke 23:31.

The real test of your spirituality can be when things aren't going as you would like. Then the real "you" tends to emerge. In a sense then, you prepare in the good times for how you'll respond in the not-so-good times.

What season of life are you in right now: the good or the not so good? How are you responding and are you preparing for a change of season, for challenging times (dry as Jesus called them) are sure to come? Read Philippians 4:11-13 and see how Paul prepared to live and thrive in any and all circumstances. You should prepare to do the same so you can be content in all seasons of life.
