Early 2000s, as PCs started to become a common thing at home, nobody knew where it would lead to.

It started as a source of entertainment; it was like a music storage, picture storage, and gaming box all in one.

Emails were becoming common; YouTube was still to be born. No social media phenomenon yet.

So, as a jobseeker, you had to go through newspaper classifieds, write down emails phone numbers, and start applying. When you finally got interviews as always you were refused without experience, even after assuring them that you would learn everything if given a chance.

Since the flow of information was not as viral, you had to go through the grind to understand what preparation could have been.

But today, with the boom of information, job search preparation can be adequate enough to give yourself maximum chances of succeeding.

• Grooming(Dress Formally or Smart Casually, Maintain Hygiene)
• Communication(Read Daily, Write Everyday) keep the right pitch of voice not very high and not low when you speak to others, make this a habit
• Keep a clear target important to have short targets here i am now, here is where i would like to be) doesn't matter if its not financial or a position can be personal also
• Keep a Smart Knowledgeable friends circle well aware of what's going around and open to new creative ideas ( Believe me you learn a lot from them)
• Watch Listen and Read on Articles, News on Related Industry you would like to apply in.

Ingrain these suggestions in your routine, it will help you land a starter and will serve you well for future.
