The next stop during my exploration of the East Asian region with regard to a future CoC was in Shah Alam, Malaysia where I met the responsible management and service experts of Malaysia Darren Chan , Michael Lew , Ts. Iqbar Haslan
The location is an excellent example that a service location does not necessarily has to be very large in order to provide customers with a excellent support. Among other things, the location is characterized by a compact and well-structured service that responds quickly, flexibly and efficiently to customer needs with its good process flow. The whole thing is topped by a highly trained team that is passionate about the customer - which is exactly how it should be. Service capabilities in Malaysia
Many thanks to the colleagues for the good and open discussions and the valuable ideas for implementing the CoC. I'm looking forward to visiting other countries and locations to negotiate strategies, opinions and implementation options for a CoC East Asia with the colleagues on site.
